About us

Our history

Our origin company is Patrimonio Hipotecaria, which was established in 1994 and was the first SOFOL that was approved to operate as a financial intermediary for FOVI (now SHF), in October 1994. Hence our experience in the administration of mortgage loans and bridge.

With the solidity of a proven model in credit management, in 2010, TERTIUS, S.A.P.I. de C.V., SOFOM, E.N.R., as an entity specialized in managing not only the portfolio originated by Patrimonio, but also that of third parties.

Between 2010 and 2013, we were entrusted with managing various mortgage portfolios of securitized structures whose originators and primary servicers were going through bankruptcy proceedings.

With the experience acquired in mortgage and bridge portfolio management, as of 2017 we ventured into the recovery of other types of assets (microcredit, consumer credit, group credit).
